Terms of Service
Last updated July 21, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and purchases of digital wallpapers on Norvik (norvik.art). By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. What we sell
Norvik sells digital image files (wallpapers) in high resolution, individually or in volumes (packs of designs sold at a single price). Every product is delivered by download — there is no physical shipment.
2. Account and registration
Some purchases require an account with an e-mail and password (or Google sign-in). You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity on your account.
3. License to use
Every wallpaper is sold under one of the licenses below, shown on the product page:
- Personal use — for screens on devices you own (computer, phone, tablet). Does not include redistribution, resale, or commercial use.
- Commercial use — allows use in your own commercial materials and products, as described on the product page. Does not include reselling the original file as a wallpaper.
Under no license may you redistribute, resell, or make the original file publicly available for download by third parties.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe (credit/debit card and Pix). Prices are shown in Brazilian Reais (R$) and may include store promotions, displayed before checkout is completed.
5. Delivery and downloads
Once payment is confirmed, download links are released automatically and sent to the e-mail used at checkout. Each link has an expiry window and a maximum number of uses — both shown in your account under My Downloads.
6. Coupons and promotions
Discount coupons have an expiry date, minimum purchase value, and/or usage limit set at creation, and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice, except for purchases already completed.
7. Refunds
See our Refund Policy for the full conditions.
8. Limitation of liability
Norvik is not liable for misuse of the files outside the license terms described here, nor for display incompatibilities arising from third-party devices or operating systems.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown above.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990).
